Items needed to register. Please complete all steps even if you are not attending the ceremony.

1. Jax State Student ID Number, including all leading zeros.

2. Jax State Email Address

3. You will need to verify your details and will have the opportunity to edit your middle name. If you DO NOT have a middle name, there will need to be a space in that field so you can proceed (should be prepopulated). You will be required to enter the phonetic spelling of your name and to speak your name. Please use a device with a working microphone. 4. Individual photo for graduate slide. This should be a photo of only the graduate (no pets or family) wearing your cap & gown or professional business attire (no sunglasses). The photo should be recent and well-lit, taken straight on to the camera, without camera tip/angle (not buckled in your car), pose cropped to waist length or head and shoulders. If you would like to use a cap and gown/formal picture from the October 8-9 photo sessions, BEFORE you start this registration, please purchase and download your favorite from The Grad Team Commencement Photography. All images should be Hi Resolution JPEG. Max. 7 MB. Minimum size 499 x 627 px. No scanned or watermarked/copyrighted images, please.
