Items needed to register

1. Jax State Student ID Number, including all leading zeros

2. Jax State Email Address

3. You will be required to enter the phonetic spelling of your name and to speak your name. Please use a device with a working microphone. If you need assistance with the phonetic spelling, visit this free online Phonetic Spelling Generator

4. Individual photo for graduate slide. This should be a photo of only the graduate (no pets or family) wearing your cap & gown or professional business attire (no sunglasses). The photo should be recent and well-lit, taken straight on to the camera, without camera tip/angle (not buckled in your car), pose cropped to waist length or head and shoulders. If you would like to use a cap and down/formal picture from the June 23 photo session, BEFORE you start this registration, please purchase and download your favorite from The Grad Team Commencement Photography. All images should be Hi Resolution JPEG. Max. 7 MB. Minimum size 499 x 627 px. No scanned or watermarked/copyrighted images, please.
